Credit For Merchants are Spammers and Liars

I’ve received multiple spam emails from a company called Credit For Merchants (creditformerchants.co.uk)

The emails are advertising loans for businesses. I’m not a business. This is illegal spam.

At the bottom of the email it says “You are receiving this email because you have consented to receive communications from us or our partners”. That’s a lie. The spam was sent to an address that has only ever been used to register a domain, I’ve never published it anywhere, or given any company permission to use it.
